Problem with feedwordpress

Warning: file_get_contents(http:) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/wwwmydomain/public_html/wp-includes/class-feed.php on line 97. This error keeps repeating itself across the top of my blog, then the blog shows. It will do it with the dashboard as well. I have tried shutting down all plugins, reinstalling one by one, and the culprit looks like it might be feedwordpress. This is bad, because I rely on that, it has always done well for me. I have many sites set up this same exact way, no problems. I just downloaded an update yesterday hoping that would stop it, but it still did it. It does it intermittently, not every time, when I pull up the admin as well sometimes? When I deactivate the feedwordpress it seems to stop, but I badly need that feed.

Help? New member with forum

I use Thesis 1.8, the latest wordpress, etc.
